Local shoppers are encouraged to come in and try on before making a purchase.

If upon receiving your order you find that we have made a mistake please accept our apology and notify us within 3 days so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible.

We ask that you notify us within 3 business days from the receipt of your order using our Contact Form or by email to boutique@formalwearoutlet.com. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Order Number and specify your concerns.
